1)                 Each adult (over the age of 18) that wishes to rent must completely fill out a separate application as well as sign and date it.  Incomplete or unsigned applications will NOT be considered.

2)                 Each adult (over the age of 18) must each pay their separate required $20.00 application fee to Sublime Properties, LLC at:

Just inform the teller  inside the bank you are there to pay your $20 application fee for Sublime Properties. 

3)                  FAX a copy of your filled out application(s) AND your fee receipt to us at (866) 788-9892   OR   email scanned copies of your filled out application(s) AND your fee receipt to us at info@rentforlessnow.com. 

If you do not have email access, you can get web access at any local library for free or at a friend or family member's house the next time you are there. 

If you do not have access to a FAX machine, try an office supply store, grocery store or gas station which often provide FAX services for a small fee.

If you are unable to find a FAX machine or scanner, call us and we can meet up to get the application from you. 

4)                  Call us at (815) 708-5415 stating that you have completed the application and faxed it.  We will give you an answer as soon as possible, usually within one business day!
