1) I have poor credit or no credit. Do you allow a cosigner to sign the lease with me?
We’re sorry, but we do not accept any co-signers for our leases. All applicants must be able to meet the minimum qualification standards to rent any of the properties.
2) Why does the Rental Application require me to provide such detailed personal and financial information?
We require all applicants to provide an accurate, complete, and verifiable history. We will carefully examine your current financial status, your residence history for the past four years (whether you owned or rented), any past criminal history, your personal and credit references, as well as obtain a complete Credit Report through Equifax. All information we collect is held in confidence, and is used to determine your eligibility as a tenant in the rental program. We report directly to the Credit Bureau.
3) Do you accept HUD-assisted tenants (those with Section 8 vouchers)?
We are sorry, but we do not take Section 8 HUD vouchers at this time.
4) I have a pet. Can I still rent one of the properties?
