We will allow pets on a case by case basis--some pets will not be allowed at all. All properties are in excellent condition and oftentimes have new carpet and flooring. Some of the property owners we deal with do not wish to replace flooring on a frequent basis and do not wish to have animals in their properties at all. Other property owners will allow pets with an additional monthly fee and / or a pet specific security deposit. Fully describe the pet when filling out the application. Most likely, we will want to verify the information about the pet by seeing it face to face before allowing it on the rental property.
